Semi-Final Round
The 32 selected roasters compete in person to determine the top 8 finalists.
Final Round
The final 8 competitors compete for the title of Giesen Roasting Thailand Champion 2026.
The Semi-Final and Final rounds will take place at Craftsman Roastery and Brew Bar in Bangkok, bringing together coffee professionals and enthusiasts from across the industry.
